Tube bundle dryers are a safe and reliableproduct due to their mefhod of operation.
The steam heated tube bundle slowly rotatesin an immobile housing and conveys the product to be dried axially through thedyyer.Shovels elevate the product along the circumference, and then the producttrickles, through the tube bundle back into the discharging trough. It gets driedby contact with the tubes and by convection.
Advantages:
High efficiency
Low steam consumption
Robust design
Little space requirements
Low emissions
No exhaust air/no unpleasant odours in closed system
Gentle drying process due to low temperatures
Humaniztion operation
Special Features:
Indirect heating,no contact between product and heating medium
Saturated steam of 6 bar/g as heating source
Low xygen drying
Compact construction
Tube bundle constructin made of mild steel or stainless steel
Housing and vapour extraction of stainless steel
CE certification
ASME design and manufacture is possible
Tube bundle heat exchangers are employed ina wide range of applications as dryers, conditioners or desolventisers.Bothgranular as well as slightly adhesive proucts can be dried in a tube bundledryer. To be able to dry slightly adhesive products, the dryer is equipped with aspecially developed recirculation system.
To achieve an optimal operatingbehaviour, each dryer is customized,eg. the spaces between tubes and tubes, tubediameters, shovel position, and shovel angle steels inside the housing ect. areselected and adjusted to an optimum.
